If you are unable to take up your booking and notify the Hall Manager with more than 48 hours notice you will not be charged. If we receive less than 48 hours notice and we are unable to refill the slot you will be charge 75% of the hours booked
Booking Time
The Hall is available to hire most hours of the day, however, functions which
run past midnight (to a maximum of 1.00am)
will require special permission
